I got the opportunity to hit the gym while at home in Falcon. I stole away from the family and grandparents and got in a good half hour of lifting. Heres what I did, followed by a great protein shake and Dad's famous fajitas!! I love going home! Here's what I did:
Squats:
45 lbs--1 set, 5 reps
55 lbs--1 set, 5 reps
65 lbs--1 set, 5 reps
75 lbs--1 set, 5 reps
85 lbs--1 set, 5 reps
95 lbs--1 sets, 5 reps
105 lbs--1 sets, 5 reps
115 lbs--3 sets, 5 reps
Leg Extensions:
40 lbs--4 sets, 15 reps
Lat Pull Downs:
70 lbs--4 sets, 12 reps
Glad I got the chance to get my workout in!
