Day 115

Had a pretty good workout! Nothing out of the ordinary, did the usual of:

Squats:
135 lbs--3 sets, 5 reps

Bench Press:
60 lbs--3 sets, 5 reps

Overhead Press:
60 lbs--3 sets, 5 reps

Chin-ups:
3 X My Max

Not a bad workout! But I have to get away from using the Smith Machine and start using a squat rack :( which will make things harder.
