Day 4


This was a much better day in terms of soreness. I actually am still considering going to the gym and doing some squats because I'm starting to get this crazy lifting bug. It's almost like an addiction. I feel silly just saying that, especially considering the fact that just yesterday I was dreading hitting the gym. But I think I should stick to the routine and give myself the days off, so I'll resist and just do some intense stretching ha!

I've been downing protein shakes like crazy! Just massive water bottles full to the top and I'm doing at least 2 a day. They are definitely starting to get old fast, but I think they are really going to be vital for this whole process. It's become a fun little experiment on myself to see what will happen. But I'm loving every minute of it, minus the soreness. I get to test my limits and see what I'm really capable of. I also have pictures that I will be comparing to in the future. So here are my before's...it's not everyday you take a picture of your butt, but ha I definitely had to! And my right leg looks more muscular than my left?! Ha how does that happen? Oh well I'm excited to see some progress, and I'm hoping that it will come sooner than I'm expecting. :)
